Miller Lite's 'Punch Top Can'

Looks to me like Miller Lite got the jump on summer and introduced a can specifically for shotgunning beer… or… a ‘smoother pour’. You decide.

Dig it.

Love these New Era team vs. team spots.

ESPN makes you consider what it would be like to share the same name as Michael Jordan.

Quite like this Hyundai spot, guest directed by Wes Anderson. Via Laughing Squid

A well done ad by Google. I don’t remember seeing anything done by Google that makes such a good connection between emotion and use-case. via John Gruber

Edit: Not everyone seems to love it, though. The other side of the coin is that Google is asking to store all kinds of personal family data on their servers so they can know more about you. The question then becomes, what are they selling? See that here

A really great, subtle ad for the the Navy Seals that has been getting some pass along this week, after their work taking care of Osama Bin Laden.

I have a real soft spot for any commercial that drives the kind of nostalgia that this one does. A fun ad by Volkswagen. via Daring Fireball.

The first Verizon iPhone commercial nails it. Verizon iPhone

People seem to love the whimsical, all-together-now vibe of the ‘Life is for Sharing’ campaign by T-Mobile. I’ve got a soft spot for it too. To follow up their dance video, T-Mobile took over Trafalgar Square in London and gave 13,500 people microphones. They set up a huge screen and broadcast Hey Jude by The Beatles for everyone to sing along.
